Net worth is often used as an indicator of an individual&#8217;s or business&#8217;s financial health and is a measure of wealth.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why is it important to know your net worth?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Understanding your net worth provides a comprehensive picture of your financial situation and enables you to ascertain the state of your financial health. This awareness is crucial for making informed decisions about your money.
